Dental Implants are the closet way possible to replace missing teeth which will function and appear like your own natural teeth.
They will allow you to confidently eat, smile, laugh, talk, play and enjoy all of your regular activities of everyday life without thinking about your teeth.
Once dental implants are placed, they are functional like an ordinary tooth and often cannot be distinguished from your own natural teeth.
They can be used be used to replace one or several teeth and can also be used to hold loose dentures in place.
Dental implants are titanium implants used to support one or more false teeth. They are permanently placed into your jaw providing a solution which closely mimics natural teeth. They are normally placed over two stages.
Under local anaesthetic, implants are placed in the jaw using a highly controlled and precise surgical procedure.
Then once the area has healed replacement crowns are attached to the implant.
You will initially be referred to a local implantologist for an assessment and placement of the implant, once healing has occurred, you return to the practice for the final restoration of the implant with Dr Aggarwal.
